Vice President & Chairman, Rajya Sabha condoles the passing away of Shri Ramdas Agrawal

The Vice President of India and the Chairman, Rajya Sabha, Shri M. Hamid Ansari has condoled the passing away of former member of the Rajya Sabha, Shri Ramdas Agrawal. In a message, he said that Shri Agrawal was an active parliamentarian and was known for his organizational capabilities and philanthropic persuits. 

Following is the text of Vice President’s message:  

"I am deeply saddened to learn of the demise of senior BJP leader Shri Ramdas Agrawal. 

A three time member of the Rajya Sabha, Shri Agrawal was a stalwart leader and active parliamentarian. He was known for his organizational capabilities and philanthropic persuits. 

I convey my sincere condolences to the bereaved members of the family and join the nation in praying for eternal peace for the departed soul."
