Brahmaputra receding at Goalpara in Assam
River Brahmaputra at Goalpara in Goalpara District of Assam has receded from High Flood Situation to Moderate Flood Situation at 0800hrs today. At 0800 hrs, it was flowing at a level of 36.92 m with Falling trend which is 0.65 m above its Danger Level of 36.27 m and 0.51m below its previous HFL of 37.43 m recorded on July 31, 1954.
