All India Conference of Chairpersons and CEOS Of State/UT Waqf Boards Tomorrow

All India Conference of Chairpersons and Chief Executive Officers of State/UT Waqf Boards is being held tomorrow at New Delhi. The conference convened by the Ministry of Minority Affairs will be inaugurated by Shri Mukhtar Abbas Naqvi, the Minister of State (I/C), Minority Affairs and Parliamentary Affairs.

Presentations will be made by the Haryana, Karnatak ,  Kerala State Waqf  Boards and National Waqf Development Corporation Ltd on various relevant issues, which will also be discussed during the sessions.  All the above issues including review of progress under the schemes relating to grant of financial assistance to the State Waqf Boards for computerization of waqf properties; and strengthening of waqf   boards; and development of waqf properties by National Waqf Development Corporation Ltd. will be discussed .
