Singular question involved in the matter is executability of decree
for permanent injunction against the legal representatives of judgment-
debtor.
It is crystal clear from a perusal of section 50(2) CPC that a decree
for permanent injunction can be executed against the judgment debtor or his
legal representatives.
Normally personal action dies with person but this principle has
application to limited kinds of causes of actions.

So as to avail advantage of the provisions of Section 102 of the CPC,
the subject matter of the original suit should be only recovery of money
