The learned Single Judge relying upon the decision of the Supreme Court in Devki Nandan Verma vs. State of Haryana, 1995 Supp (3) SCC 431 has held that issue regarding date of birth of a Government servant is a matter between the person concerned and the State Government and no other person has locus standi to prefer a caveat in such a matter. We find ourselves in complete agreement with the view taken by the learned Single Judge. Full Judgment
