Finding that for the grievance of the appellant/petitioner,
he can file a complaint under section 200 of the Code of
Criminal Procedure before the Magistrate concerned and
a remedy is available under the Code of Criminal
Procedure, the writ petition has been dismissed.
In doing so, no error has been committed by the learned
writ Court warranting reconsideration.
Accordingly, the appeal stands dismissed.
