The suit for partition under section 176 U.P.Z.A.L.R. Act, 1950 is
pending since 2006. The order sheet reveals that the matter is
being adjourned.
Considering the order proposed to be passed issuance of notice to
opposite party nos. 3 to 17 is dispensed with.
Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, writ petition
is disposed of with the direction to the court concerned to decide
the suit pending before it expeditiously preferably within a period
of six months from the date of a certified copy of this order is
produced before, it if there is no other legal impediment.
With the aforesaid observation, the writ petition is disposed off.
