Plaintiff-petitioner instituted Original Suit No. 710 of 2006 for permanent
injunction ,which has remained pending. The grievance is that the court
concerned is routinely granting adjournment in the matter, in teeth of the
provisions of the Code of Civil Procedure and a prayer has been made
to expedite the proceedings.
In view of the above, the petition stands disposed of, with the
observation that the court concerned shall proceed to conclude the
proceedings of Original Suit No. 710 of 2006, without granting
unnecessary adjournments to either of the parties, by fixing short dates,
keeping in view the provisions of the Code of Civil Procedure.
