they have settled their  disputes  outside  the  Court  and  the  settlement
agreement has been filed before this Court by way of I.A.No. 4  of  2017  in
C.A.No. 3904 of 2017 [@ SLP (C) No. 6417 of 2016].
3.     These  appeals  are,  accordingly,  disposed  of  in  terms  of   the
settlement agreement, which shall form part of this Judgment.
