In this petition under Article 227 of the Constitution, the petitioner
has prayed for issuance of a writ of certiorari for quashing the
order dated 3.8.2012 passed by respondent no.2 and order dated
23.3.2015 passed by Additional District & Sessions Judge/Fast
Track Court, Gautambudh Nagar and for issue of a writ of
mandamus.
In exercise of power under Article 227 of the Constitution, writ of
certiorari and writ of mandamus cannot be issued.
The petition is dismissed, with liberty to the petitioner to file fresh
petition seeking appropriate reliefs.
On an application filed by the counsel for the petitioner before the
Registry, certified copy of the impugned order shall be returned to
him, after retaining its photostat copy on record.
