In this petition under Article 227 of the Constitution, the
petitioners have prayed for issuance of a writ of certiorari for
quashing the order dated 25.4.2015 passed by the Additional
Sessions Judge, Court no.2, Ghaziabad and for issue of a writ of
mandamus.
In exercise of power under Article 227 of the Constitution, writ of
certiorari and writ of mandamus cannot be issued.
The petition is dismissed, with liberty to the petitioners to file
fresh petition seeking appropriate reliefs.
On an application filed by the counsel for the petitioners before the
Registry, certified copy of the impugned order shall be returned to
him, after retaining its photostat copy on record.
