At the very outset, learned counsel for the petitioner prayed for
dismissal of the petition with liberty reserved in favour of the
petitioner to file a fresh petition after impleading all necessary
parties.
Prayer made is allowed.
The petition is dismissed as not pressed with liberty aforesaid.
In case an application is filed before the Registry for return of
certified copy of the impugned orders, the same shall be returned
after retaining a photostat copy on record.
