A writ petition filed by the petitioner challenging entry of his Date of Birth has been dismissed by the learned writ Court on account of the fact that petitioner has an efficacious remedy of raising a dispute under the Industrial Dispute Act where the dispute about the Date of Birth can be more appropriately dealt with. That being so, in our considered opinion, the learned writ Court has not committed any error warranting interference by this Court in this appeal. The appeal is accordingly dismissed.
