After some argument, learned counsel for the petitioner very fairly
admitted that the reliefs which have been sought in the petition,
have not been framed in proper manner.
He, therefore seeks liberty to withdrawn the instant petition and to
file a fresh petition seeking proper relief.
Prayer made is allowed. The petition is dismissed as not pressed
with liberty aforesaid.
