After some argument, learned counsel for the petitioner submitted
that certain new material has come in possession of the petitioner
and therefore, petitioner will be filing an application for the seized
vehicle being given in his custody, on basis thereof.
Consequently, this petition may be dismissed as not pressed with
the liberty reserved in favour of the petitioner to avail such remedy
as may be available to him under law.
Prayer made is allowed. Petition is dismissed as not pressed with
the liberty aforesaid reserved in favour of the petitioner.
