Learned counsel for the petitioner stated that the petitioner
intended to challenge the order passed on 30.9.2009 by the
Special Land Acquisition Officer, Moradabad withdrawing the
earlier award dated 16.7.2009, but by mistake, the prayer made in
the petition is for setting aside the award dated 16.7.2009.
In view of such statement, this petition is dismissed with liberty to
the petitioner to file a fresh petition with proper reliefs.
