same as in Civil Appeal Nos. 1949-1966 of 2016.
3.    Therefore, these appeals are disposed of  in  terms  of  the  Judgment
passed on 11.01.2017 in Civil Appeal Nos. 1949-1966 of 2016.
4.    The judgment in Civil Appeal Nos. 1949-1966 of 2016  shall  form  part
of this Judgment.
