The University which is set up under the provisions of M.P. Vishwavidyalaya Adhiniyam, 1973, is not legally empowered to prescribe any affiliation fees of the Colleges which is not approved by the Coordination Committee. The power of the Vice-Chancellor of the University under Section 15(4) of the Act of 1973, does not include the power to amend Statute No.27, which is approved by the Coordination Committee and the same can be amended by the Coordination Committee alone.
