Counsel for the petitioners submitted that the petitioners are
ready to pay the maintenance to the respondent @ Rs.2000/- per
month and two minor children @ Rs.1000/- each i.e, in all a sum
of Rs.4000/- per month from the date of order of the Magistrate
dated 12.2.2014. They have also shown willingness to produce a
draft before this Court for the said amount to be drawn in favour of
respondent, wife.
As prayed, put up as a fresh case on 10.8.2015, on which date, the
petitioners shall produce the draft in the name of the respondent
for the sum mentioned above.
