33. उन संविदाओं का प्रवर्तन जो किसी घटना के घटित न होने पर समाश्रित हों -- उन समाश्रित संविदाओं का प्रवर्तन, जो किसी अनिश्चित भावी घटना के घटित न होने पर किसी बात को करने या न करने के लिए हों, तब कराया जा सकता है जब उस घटना का घटित होना असम्भव हो जाए उससे पूर्व नहीं।
दृष्टान्त
‘क' करार करता है कि यदि अमुक पोत वापस न आए तो वह 'ख' को एक धनराशि देगा। वह पोत डूब जाता है। संविदा का प्रवर्तन पोत के डूब जाने पर कराया जा सकता है।
33. Enforcement of contracts contingent on an event not happening -Contingent contracts to do or not to do anything if an uncertain future event does not happen, can be enforced when the happening of that event becomes impossible, and not before.
