Omission of certain sections of Act 45 of 1860

Section 31 - Omission of certain sections of Act 45 of 1860 .-

Sections 161 to 165A (both inclusive) of the Indian Penal Code shall be omitted, and section 6 of the General Clauses Act, 1897 (10 of 1897 .), shall apply to such omission as if the said sections had been repealed by a Central Act.

31. 1860 के अधिनियम 45 की कुछ धाराओं का लोप -

भारतीय दंड विधान की धारा 161 से 165-क (दोनों को सम्मिलित करते हुए) विलुप्त की जाएं, और साधारण खंड अधिनियम, 1897 (1897 का 10) की धारा 6 ऐसे लोप को इस प्रकार लागू होगी मानो उक्त धाराएं केन्द्रीय अधिनियम द्वारा निरसित कर दी गई हैं.
