Section 448 of Indian Penal Code (IPC) in Hindi and English

448. गृह-अतिचार के लिए दण्ड -

जो कोई गृह-अतिचार करेगा, वह दोनों में से किसी भाँति के कारावास से, जिसकी अवधि एक वर्ष तक की हो सकेगी, या जुर्माने से, जो एक हजार रुपये तक का हो सकेगा, या दोनों से, दण्डित किया जाएगा।

448. Punishment for house-trespass —

Whoever commits house-trespass shall be punished with imprisonment of either description for a term which may extend to one year, or with fine which may extend to one thousand rupees, or with both.
