Section 433 of Indian Penal Code (IPC) in Hindi and English
433. किसी दीपगृह या समुद्री चिन्ह को नष्ट करके, हटाकर या कम उपयोगी बनाकर रिष्टि -
जो कोई किसी दीपगृह को, या समुद्री चिन्ह के रूप में उपयोग में आने वाले अन्य प्रकाश के, या किसी समुद्री चिन्ह या बोया या अन्य चीज के, जो नौ-चालकों के लिये मार्ग प्रदर्शन करने के लिए रखी गई हो, नष्ट करने या, हटाने द्वारा अथवा कोई ऐसा कार्य करने द्वारा, जिससे कोई ऐसा दीपगृह, समुद्री चिन्ह, बोया या पूर्वोक्त जैसी अन्य चीज नौ-चालकों के लिए मार्ग-प्रदर्शक के रूप में कम उपयोगी बन जाए, रिष्टि करेगा, वह दोनों में से किसी भांति के कारावास से, जिसकी अवधि सात वर्ष तक की हो सकेगी, या जुर्माने से, या दोनों से, दण्डित किया जाएगा।
433. Mischief by destroying, moving or rendering less useful a light-house or seamark -
Whoever commits mischief by destroying or moving any light-house or other light used as a sea-mark or any sea-mark or buoy or other thing placed as a guide for navigators, or by any act which renders any such light-house, sea-mark, buoy or other such thing as aforesaid less useful as a guide for navigators, shall be punished with imprisonment of either description for a term which may extend to seven years, or with fine, or with both.
