Section 381 of Indian Penal Code (IPC) in Hindi and English
381. लिपिक या सेवक द्वारा स्वामी के कब्जे की सम्पत्ति की चोरी -
जो कोई लिपिक या सेवक होते हुए, या लिपिक या सेवक की हैसियत में नियोजित होते हुए, अपने मालिक या नियोक्ता के कब्जे की किसी संपत्ति की चोरी करेगा, वह दोनों में से किसी भांति के कारावास से, जिसकी अवधि सात वर्ष तक की हो सकेगी, दण्डित किया जाएगा, और जुर्माने से भी दण्डनीय होगा।
381. Theft by clerk or servant of property in possession of master -
Whoever, being a clerk or servant, or being employed in the capacity of a clerk or servant, commits theft in respect of any property in the possession of his master or employer, shall be punished with imprisonment of either description for a term which may extend to seven years, and shall also be liable to fine.
