360. भारत में से व्यपहरण -

जो कोई किसी व्यक्ति का, उस व्यक्ति की, या उस व्यक्ति की ओर से सम्मति देने के लिए वैध रूप से प्राधिकृत किसी व्यक्ति की सम्मति के बिना, भारत की सीमाओं से परे प्रवहण कर देता है, वह भारत में से उस व्यक्ति का व्यपहरण करता है, यह कहा जाता है।

360. Kidnapping from India -

Whoever conveys any person beyond the limits of India without the consent of that person, or of some person legally authorised to consent on behalf of that person, is said to kidnap that person from India.
