Section 325 of Indian Penal Code (IPC) in Hindi and English

325. स्वेच्छया घोर उपहति कारित करने के लिए दण्ड -

उस दशा के सिवाय, जिसके लिए धारा 335 में उपबन्ध है, जो कोई स्वेच्छया घोर उपहति कारित करेगा , वह दोनों में से किसी भाँति के कारावास से, जिसकी अवधि सात वर्ष तक की हो सकेगी, दण्डित किया जाएगा, और जुर्माने से भी दण्डनीय होगा।

325. Punishment for voluntarily causing grievous hurt -

Whoever, except in the case provided for by section 335, voluntarily causes grievous hurt, shall be punished with imprisonment of either description for a term which may extend to seven years, and shall also be liable to fine.
