311. दण्ड -

जो कोई ठग होगा, वह आजीवन कारावास से दण्डित किया जाएगा और जुर्माने से भी दण्डनीय होगा।

311. Punishment -

Whoever is a thug, shall be punished with imprisonment for life, and shall also be liable to fine.
