Section 303 of Indian Penal Code (IPC) in Hindi and English

303. आजीवन सिद्धदोष द्वारा हत्या के लिए दण्ड -

जो कोई आजीवन कारावास के दण्डादेश के अधीन होते हुए हत्या करेगा, वह मृत्यु से दण्डित किया जाएगा।

303. Punishment for murder by life-convict -

Whoever, being under sentence of [imprisonment for life], commits murder, shall be punished with death.
