Section 290 of Indian Penal Code (IPC) in Hindi and English

290. अन्यथा अनुपबंधित मामलों में लोक न्यूसेंस के लिए दण्ड -

जो कोई किसी ऐसे मामले में लोक न्यूसेंस करेगा जो इस संहिता द्वारा अन्यथा दण्डनीय नहीं है, वह जुर्माने से, जो दो सौ रुपए तक का हो सकेगा, दण्डित किया जाएगा।

290. Punishment for public nuisance in cases not otherwise provided for —

Whoever commits a public nuisance in any case not otherwise punishable by this Code, shall be punished with fine which may extend to two hundred rupees.
