Section 237 of Indian Penal Code (IPC) in Hindi and English
237. कूटकृत सिक्के का आयात या निर्यात -
जो कोई किसी कूटकृत सिक्के का यह जानते हुए या विश्वास करने का कारण रखते हुए कि वह कूटकृत है, भारत में आयात करेगा या भारत से निर्यात करेगा, वह दोनों में से किसी भांति के कारावास से, जिसकी अवधि तीन वर्ष तक की हो सकेगी, दण्डित किया जाएगा और जुर्माने से भी दण्डनीय होगा।
237. Import or export of counterfeit coin -
Whoever imports into India, or exports therefrom, any counterfeit coin, knowingly or having reason to believe that the same is counterfeit, shall be punished with imprisonment of either description for a term which may extend to three years, and shall also be liable to fine.
