146. बल्वा करना -

जब कभी विधिविरुद्ध जमाव द्वारा या उसके किसी सदस्य द्वारा ऐसे जमाव के सामान्य उद्देश्य को अग्रसर करने में बल या हिंसा का प्रयोग किया जाता है तब ऐसे जमाव का हर सदस्य बल्वा करने के अपराध का दोषी होगा।

146. Rioting -

Whenever force or violence is used by an unlawful assembly, or by any member thereof, in prosecution of the common object of such assembly, every member of such assembly is guilty of the offence of rioting.
