142. विधिविरुद्ध जमाव का सदस्य होना -
जो कोई उन तथ्यों से परिचित होते हुए, जो किसी जमाव को विधिविरुद्ध जमाव बनाते हैं, उस जमाव में साशय सम्मिलित होता है या उसमें बना रहता है, वह विधिविरुद्ध जमाव का सदस्य है, यह कहा जाता है।
142. Being member of unlawful assembly -
Whoever, being aware of facts which render any assembly an unlawful assembly, intentionally joins that assembly, or continues in it, is said to be a member of an unlawful assembly.
