94. सिविल न्यायालयों की अधिकारिता का वर्जन -- किसी भी सिविल न्यायालय को इस अधिनियम के अधीन परमिट या किसी स्कीम के अधीन जारी अनुज्ञप्ति दिए जाने से संबंधित किसी प्रश्न के ग्रहण करने की अधिकारिता नहीं होगी, और इस अधिनियम के अधीन परमिट या किसी स्कीम के अधीन जारी अनुज्ञप्ति दिए जाने के संबंध में सम्यक् रूप से गठित प्राधिकरणों द्वारा की गई या की जाने वाली किसी कार्रवाई की बाबत कोई व्यादेश किसी सिविल न्यायालय द्वारा ग्रहण नहीं किया जाएगा ।

94. Bar on jurisdiction of Civil Courts -- No Civil Court shall have jurisdiction to entertain any question relating to the grant of a permit or licence issued under any scheme under this Act, and no injunction in respect of any action taken or to be taken by the duly constituted authorities under this Act with regard to the grant of a permit or licence issued under any scheme, shall be entertained by any Civil Court.
