110. स्वामित्व के बारे में सबूत का भार -- जबकि प्रश्न यह है कि क्या कोई व्यक्ति ऐसी किसी चीज का स्वामी है, जिस पर उसका कब्जा होना दर्शित किया गया है, तब यह साबित करने का भार कि वह स्वामी नहीं है, उस व्यक्ति पर है, जो प्रतिज्ञात करता है कि वह स्वामी नहीं है।

110. Burden of proof as to ownership -- When the question is whether any person is owner of anything of which he is shown to be in possession, the burden of proving that he is not the owner is on the person who affirms that he is not the owner.
