71. जबकि अनुप्रमाणक साक्षी निष्पादन का प्रत्याख्यान करता है, तब सबूत -- यदि अनुप्रमाणक साक्षी दस्तावेज के निष्पादन का प्रत्याख्यान करे या उसे उसके निष्पादन का स्मरण न हो, तो उसका निष्पादन अन्य साक्ष्य द्वारा साबित किया जा सकेगा।

71. Proof when attesting witness denies the execution -- If the attesting witness denies or does not recollect the execution of the document, its execution may be proved by other evidence.
