7. अपराधों के विचारण पर निर्बन्धन -

इस अधिनियम के विरुद्ध किसी अपराध के लिए किसी व्यक्ति के विचारण के लिए कोई न्यायालय जिला मजिस्ट्रेट की सम्मति के बिना कार्यवाही नहीं करेगा।

7. Restriction on trial of offences. —

No court shall proceed to the trial of any person for an offence against this Act except with the consent of the District Magistrate.
