विहित शर्तों के अतिरिक्त अन्य शर्तें अधिरोपित करने के लिए अनुज्ञापन प्राधिकारी सक्षम है (Licensing authority competent to impose conditions in addition to prescribed conditions)

6 घ. विहित शर्तों के अतिरिक्त अन्य शर्तें अधिरोपित करने के लिए अनुज्ञापन प्राधिकारी सक्षम है -

धारा 6 ख के अधीन अनुदत्त की गई अनुज्ञप्ति में विहित शर्तों के अतिरिक्त ऐसी अन्य शर्तें अन्तर्विष्ट हो सकेंगी जो अनुज्ञापन प्राधिकारी द्वारा किसी विशेष मामले में आवश्यक समझी जाएं ।

6 D. Licensing authority competent to impose conditions in addition to prescribed conditions. -

A licence granted under section 6 B may contain in addition to prescribed conditions such other conditions as may be considered necessary by the licensing authority in any particular case.
