66. जुर्माना न देने पर किस भांति का कारावास दिया जाए -

वह कारावास, जिसे न्यायालय जुर्माना देने में व्य तिक्रम होने की दशा के लिए अधिरोपित करे, ऐसा किसी भांति का हो सकेगा, जिससे अपराधी को उस अपराध के लिए दण्डादिष्ट किया जा सकता था।

66. Description of imprisonment for non-payment of fine -

The imprisonment which the Court imposes in default of payment of a fine may be of any description to which the offender might have been sentenced for the offence.
