16. अनुज्ञप्ति के लिए फीस, आदि -

वे फीसें जिनके संदाय पर, वे शर्तें जिनके अध्यधीन रहते हुए और वह प्ररूप जिसमें अनुज्ञप्ति अनुदत्त या नवीकृत की जाएगी, ऐसी होंगी या ऐसा होगा, जैसी या जैसा विहित की जाए या किया जाए :

परन्तु विभिन्‍न प्रकार की अनुज्ञप्तियों के लिए विभिन्‍न फीसें, विभिन्‍न शर्तें और विभिन्‍न प्ररूप विहित की जा सकेंगी या किए जा सकेंगे :

परन्तु यह और भी कि विहित शर्तों के अतिरिक्त ऐसी अन्य शर्तें भी अनुज्ञप्ति में हो सकेंगी, जो किसी विशिष्ट मामले में अनुज्ञापन प्राधिकारी द्वारा आवश्यक समझी जाएं ।

16. Fees, etc., for licence. ―

The fees on payment of which, the conditions subject to which and the form in which a licence shall be granted or renewed shall be such as may be prescribed:

Provided that different fees, different conditions and different forms may be prescribed for different types of licences:

Provided further that a licence may contain in addition to prescribed conditions such other conditions as may be considered necessary by the licensing authority in any particular case.
