लैंगिक अपराधों से बालकों का संरक्षण नियम, 2012

अधिसूचना क्रमांक सा.का.नि. 823(अ), दिनांक 14 नवम्बर, 20121 केन्द्रीय सरकार, लैंगिक अपराधों से बालकों का संरक्षण अधिनियम, 2012 (2012 का 32) की धारा 45 की उपधारा (2) के खंड (क) से खंड (घ) के साथ पठित उपधारा (1) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, निम्नलिखित नियम बनाती है, अर्थात् :

1. संक्षिप्त नाम और प्रारंभ -

(1) इस नियमों का संक्षिप्त नाम लैंगिक अपराधों से बालकों का संरक्षण नियम, 2012 है।

(2) ये नियम राजपत्र में प्रकाशन तारीख को प्रवृत्त होंगे।

The Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Rules, 2012

Ministry of Women and Child Development Notification No. GS.R. 823(E) dated the 14th November, 20121.-In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1), read with clauses (a) to (d) of sub-section (2), of Section 45 of the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act, 2012 (32 of 2012), the Central Government hereby makes the following rules, namely,

1. Short title and commencement.-

(1) These rules may be called the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Rules, 2012.

(2) These rules shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette.
