कतिपय मामलों में धारा 3 से धारा 13 तक के उपबंधों का लागू न होना (Provisions of Sections 3 to 13 not to apply in certain cases)

41. कतिपय मामलों में धारा 3 से धारा 13 तक के उपबंधों का लागू न होना.-

धारा 3 से धारा 13 (जिसमें दोनों सम्मिलित हैं) तक के उपबंध बालक की चिकित्सीय परीक्षा या चिकित्सीय उपचार की दशा में तब लागू नहीं होंगे जब ऐसी चिकित्सीय परीक्षा या चिकित्सीय उपचार उसके माता-पिता या संरक्षक की सहमति से किए जा रहे हों ।

41. Provisions of Sections 3 to 13 not to apply in certain cases.—

The provisions of Sections 3 to 13 (both inclusive) shall not apply in case of medical examination or medical treatment of a child when such medical examination or medical treatment is undertaken with the consent of his parents or guardian.
