52. “सद्भावपूर्वक” -

कोई बात “सद्भावपूर्वक” की गई या विश्वास की गई नहीं कही जाती जो सम्यक् सतर्कता और ध्यान के बिना की गई या विश्वास की गई हो।

52. “Good faith” -

Nothing is said to be done or believed in "good faith” which is done or believed without due care and attention.
