441-क. प्रतिभुओं द्वारा घोषणा --
ऐसा प्रत्येक व्यक्ति, जो जमानत पर अभियुक्त व्यक्ति के छोड़े जाने के लिए उसका प्रतिभू है, न्यायालय के समक्ष ऐसे व्यक्तियों के बारे में घोषणा करेगा, जिनके लिए उसने प्रतिभूति दी है जिसके अन्तर्गत अभियुक्त भी है और उसमें सभी सुसंगत विशिष्टियाँ दी जाएंगी।
441-A. Declaration by sureties -
Every person standing surety to an accused person for his release on bail, shall make a declaration before the Court as to the number of persons to whom he has stood surety including the accused, giving therein all the relevant particulars.
