कारणों का अभिलिखित किया जाना (Reasons to be recorded)

412. कारणों का अभिलिखित किया जाना --

धारा 408, धारा 409, धारा 410 या धारा 411 के अधीन आदेश करने वाला सेशन न्यायाधीश या मजिस्ट्रेट ऐसा आदेश करने के अपने कारणों को अभिलिखित करेगा।

412. Reasons to be recorded –

A Sessions Judge or Magistrate making an order under section 408, section 409, section 410 or section 411 shall record his reasons for making it.
