अपील की अर्जी (Petition of appeal)

382. अपील की अर्जी -- प्रत्येक अपील अपीलार्थी या उसके प्लीडर द्वारा उपस्थित की गई लिखित अर्जी के रूप में की जाएगी और प्रत्येक ऐसी अर्जी के साथ (जब तक वह न्यायालय जिसमें वह उपस्थित की जाए अन्यथा निदेश न दे) उस निर्णय या आदेश की प्रतिलिपि होगी जिसके विरुद्ध अपील की जा रही है।

382. Petition of appeal — Every appeal shall be made in the form of a petition in writing presented by the appellant or his pleader, and every such petition shall (unless the Court to which it is presented otherwise directs) be accompanied by a copy of the judgment or order appealed against
