सेशन न्यायालय द्वारा निष्कर्ष और दण्डादेश की प्रति जिला मजिस्ट्रेट को भेजना (Court of Session to send copy of finding and sentence to District Magistrate)

365. सेशन न्यायालय द्वारा निष्कर्ष और दण्डादेश की प्रति जिला मजिस्ट्रेट को भेजना -- ऐसे मामलों में, जिनका विचारण सेशन न्यायालय या मुख्य न्यायिक मजिस्ट्रेट द्वारा किया गया है, यथास्थिति, न्यायालय या मजिस्ट्रेट अपने निष्कर्ष और दण्डादेश की (यदि कोई हो) एक प्रति उस जिला मजिस्ट्रेट को भेजेगा जिसकी स्थानीय अधिकारिता के भीतर विचारण किया गया है।

365. Court of Session to send copy of finding and sentence to District Magistrate - In cases tried by the Court of Session or a Chief Judicial Magistrate, the Court of such Magistrate, as the case may be, shall forward a copy of its or his finding and sentence (if any) to the District Magistrate within whose local jurisdiction the trial was held.
