351. धारा 344, 345, 349 और 350 के अधीन दोषसिद्धियों से अपीलें --
(1) उच्च न्यायालय से भिन्न किसी न्यायालय द्वारा धारा 344, धारा 345, धारा 349 या धारा 350 के अधीन दण्डादिष्ट कोई व्यक्ति, इस संहिता में किसी बात के होते हुए भी, उस न्यायालय में अपील कर सकता है जिसमें ऐसे न्यायालय द्वारा दी गई डिक्रियों या आदेशों की अपील मामूली तौर पर होती है।
(2) अध्याय 29 के उपबंध, जहां तक वे लागू हो सकते हैं, इस धारा के अधीन अपीलों को लागू होंगे, और अपील न्यायालय निष्कर्ष को परिवर्तित कर सकता है या उलट सकता है या उस दण्ड को, जिसके विरुद्ध अपील की गई है, कम कर सकता है या उलट सकता है।
(3) लघुवाद न्यायालय द्वारा की गई ऐसी दोषसिद्धि की अपील उस सेशन खण्ड के सेशन न्यायालय में होगी जिस खण्ड में वह न्यायालय स्थित है।
(4) धारा 347 के अधीन जारी किए गए निदेश के आधार पर सिविल न्यायालय समझे गए किसी रजिस्ट्रार या उप-रजिस्ट्रार द्वारा की गई ऐसी दोषसिद्धि से अपील उस सेशन खण्ड के सेशन न्यायालय में होगी जिस खण्ड में ऐसे रजिस्ट्रार या उपरजिस्ट्रार का कार्यालय स्थित है।
351. Appeals from conviction under sections 344, 345, 349 and 350 —
(1) Any person sentenced by any Court other than a High Court under section 344, section 345, section 349 or section 350 may, notwithstanding anything contained in this Code appeal to the Court to which decrees or orders made in such Court are ordinarily appealable.
(2) The provisions of Chapter XXIX shall, so far as they are applicable, apply to appeals under this section and the Appellate Court may alter or reverse the finding, or reduce or reverse the sentence appealed against
(3) An appeal from such conviction by a Court of small causes shall lie to the Court of Session for the sessions division within which such Court is situated.
(4) An appeal from such conviction by any Registrar or Sub-Registrar deemed to be a Civil Court by virtue of a direction issued under section 347 shall lie to the Court of Session for the sessions division within which the office of such Registrar or SubRegistrar is situated.
