दुभाषिया ठीक-ठीक भाषांतर करने के लिए आबद्ध होगा (Interpreter to be bound to interpret truthfully)

282 दुभाषिया ठीक-ठीक भाषांतर करने के लिए आबद्ध होगा -- जब किसी साक्ष्य या कथन के भाषांतर के लिए दुभाषिए की सेवा की किसी दण्ड न्यायालय द्वारा अपेक्षा की जाती है तब वह दुभाषिया ऐसे साक्ष्य या कथन का ठीक भाषांतर करने के लिए आबद्ध होंगा।

282. Interpreter to be bound to interpret truthfully - When the services of an interpreter are required by any Criminal Court for the interpretation of any evidence or statement, he shall be bound to state the true interpretation of such evidence or statement.
