241. दोषी होने के अभिवाक् पर दोषसिद्धि -- यदि अभियुक्त दोषी होने का अभिवचन करता है तो मजिस्ट्रेट उस अभिवाक् को लेखबद्ध करेगा और उसके आधार पर उसे, स्वविवेकानुसार, दोषसिद्ध कर सकेगा।
241. Conviction on plea of guilty – If the accused pleads guilty, the Magistrate shall record the plea and may, in his discretion, convict him thereon.
