75 - क. प्रतिग्रहण या संदाय के लिए उपस्थापन में विलम्ब के लिए प्रतिहेतु -- प्रतिग्रहण या संदाय के लिए उपस्थापन में विलम्ब यदि धारक के नियंत्रण के परे की परिस्थितियों से हुआ है और उसके व्यतिक्रम, अवचार या उपेक्षा के कारण होने का दोष नहीं लगाया जा सकता तो वह माफी योग्य होगा। जब विलम्ब के कारण का परिविराम हो जाता है तब उपस्थापन युक्तियुक्त समय के अंदर करना होगा ।
